The Post Experience Qualifying Programme (PEQP) of the International Professional Managers Association, UK enables managers to equip themselves with the skills and capabilities to think and act strategically for the benefit of their organisation.

Organisations today operate in a very dynamic and globalised world and managers who occupy senior and critical positions in their organisation have the responsibility to shape their organisation to meet these challenges.

We believe that by going our Post Experience Qualifying Programme (PEQP) and through a formal assessment process Managers and their Employers will know exactly whether they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to solve problems.
