The International Professional Managers Association is an International Examining, Licensing and Regulatory Membership Qualifying Professional Body formed for the purpose of providing practicing Managers with the opportunity to participate and to be part of the process of improving managerial performance and effectiveness in all areas of business, industry and public administration.

The Post Experience Qualifying Programme (PEQP)   of the International Professional Managers Association, UK enables managers to equip themselves with the skills and capabilities to think and act strategically for the benefit of their organisation.

Organisations today operate in a very dynamic and globalised world and managers who occupy senior and critical positions in their organisation have the responsibility to shape their organisation to meet these challenges.

We believe that by going our Post Experience Qualifying Programme (PEQP) and through a formal assessment process Managers and their Employers will know exactly whether they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to solve problems. After completion of the PEQP successful candidates will be entitled to Membership status of the International Professional Managers Association and the right to be Certified as a Professional Manager.
